Rotimi William OKUNLOYE is a Professor of Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Social Studies Education in the Department of Social Sciences Education, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin, Ilorin Nigeria. He was the Head of the Department ( SSE) and former Director, Institute of Education, Unilorin. He has over twenty eight years of teaching and research experience in curriculum and Social Studies Education at the university level.. He has supervised over 10 PGDE 45 M.Ed 2M.Phil. Research projects,15Ph.D. Research Theses and published over 100 publications in reputable local, national, and international learned fora. He is a Certified Lead Educator Mentor under the DFID and World Bank Assisted Education Sector Investment Projects ( ESPIN) and facilitated over 40 Teacher Professional Development ( TPD) in Six States of Nigeria. He also served the NUC in developing the CCMAS(2022) for Nigerian Universities. His current research areas include developing Non-formal Political Education Packages, and Human Rights Education.
