Dr. Muhinat B. Bello is in Sociology of Education unit of the Department of Social Sciences Education, University of Ilorin. She is the Departmental Postgraduate Coordinator. She served as a member of the Editorial Board of Ilorin Journal of Education (IJE) a Faculty of Education Journal. And also Nigerian Journal of Educational Foundations, a journal of the Department of Social Sciences Education.. She is a member of National Association of the Nigerian Sociologist of Education, History of Education Association of Nigeria, Social Studies Association of Nigeria, Nigerian Association of Educational Researchers and Evaluators. She has served as a Level Adviser (2013-2014 till 2020-2021) academic session. She was a monitor at the National Examination Council (NECO). Dr. Bello, M.B. researched interest in the areas of education of the disadvantaged, social issues as it affects education. She has attended and presented academic paper in conference and published 50 papers in reputable journals.
