Biography

Dorcas Sola DARAMOLA holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Educational Research, Measurement and Evaluation from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria.  She is a teacher and a trainer, her research interest is in psychometrics, programme evaluation and teaching-learning improvement.  Dorcas is currently a Senior lecturer in the Department of Social Sciences Education, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin, she is actively engaged in teaching courses in her specialization at undergraduates and postgraduate levels. She is the Examination officer of her department since the year 2016 till date.  Dorcas belongs to a number of Academic and Professional bodies which includes Association of Evaluators and Researchers of Nigeria where she serves as Financial Secretary since 2019, Nigerian Network for Economics of Learning, Innovation, and Competence Building Systems, American Educational Research Association, Association of Behavioural Research Analysts and Psychometricians, Association of Computer Adaptive Testing in Africa and Teacher’s Registration Council of Nigeria.
